All authorized employees of tenants parking at the building will be issued a parking permit. Parking decals are issued for a number of reasons. First they allow us to patrol the parking lot for unauthorized parking. Second, they identify your car and help us locate you in case you left your lights on, or have a flat tire. Finally, cars that have a decal displayed are rarely towed for parking illegally or blocking drive lanes, as we always make an effort to locate the owner of a car first, before we proceed with towing the vehicle (unless the vehicle has been issued previous warning notices).

The decals are transferable only between registered vehicles. If you occasionally drive your spouse’s car to work, please register that license plate with the administration office as an additional vehicle. If you are driving another car to work for a short period of time (i.e. a rental or courtesy car), please let our security staff or the administration office know to avoid being towed. The parking decals must be clearly visible at all times while you are on the property.

Furthermore, we remind you to please park in your designated area only. Please contact the administration office for your designated parking area.

Please do not park in customer parking areas, even if you are at the building for less than 2 hours. These stalls are reserved for the customers of the businesses in our building, and in the interest of these businesses we will not, tolerate employees to park in the customer areas. You are advised that we will tow employee cars from the customer parking areas without notice.

Also, we remind you that our security staff are here to provide assistance when necessary. If you locked yourself out of your car, or if your battery is dead and you need a boost, please do not hesitate to contact them. They are also available to provide a security escort to your car at anytime. They will normally respond within a few minutes, unless they are tied up dealing with an occurrence elsewhere in the building

Finally, please note that our parkade is not exempt from criminal activity. Even though all parking levels are patrolled frequently, security officers cannot be at all places at the same time. Thefts do happen. Please secure your car at all times, keep your windows and sunroof closed, lock your doors, and keep any valuables out of sight. Parking at is at your own risk. The building owner and management do not accept any responsibility for damage to, or theft of, or from, any vehicles parked on the property.
