Uptown Property Group operates UPTIME to provide online access to the forms we provide for the properties we manage. By accessing and using this site, you agree to each of the terms and conditions as outlined below.

Uptown Property Group reserves the right to modify any information, including the Terms of Use, without giving you prior notice. Your use of this website following any modifications constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Terms of Use as modified.

Form Submission

All forms must be submitted by an authorized person of the tenant (i.e. the owner or office manager), and no other persons.

All forms received on UPTIME will be processed in a timely manner during regular business hours.  Typically, you will receive a response within 1 business day.  If you have not received a response after 1 business day (weekends and statutory holidays excepted), please contact us by telephone or email.  Please do not resubmit the form.

For any services not listed on this site, please contact our building management office during regular business hours.

For after-hour emergency requests, contact Paladin Security at 604-296-3131.

Personal Information

The information collected on UPTIME is for our internal office use only to facilitate the delivery of building services, and will not be disclosed to any third party.

Password Security

If you register to become a user of UPTIME, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your user identification and password information, and for restricting access to your computer.  You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your user identification and password.
