Patio Rules 900wh

We are pleased to make the 2nd floor patio available to all tenants of 900 West Hastings.

Below are some of the rules and regulations for all patio users.

For all users:

All tenants who use the patio must clean up after themselves. No garbage should be left behind after use of the patio area.

The patio area should be left the way it was found.

Please keep noise levels to a minimum (low music, no yelling, etc.) when using the patio. If noise becomes excessive, or our office receives complaints regarding noise, all requests to turn off music/quiet down/leave must be followed.

Use of the patio space is at the user’s sole risk. The owner and/or manager of 900 West Hastings will not be held responsible in any way for personal injury or damage to personal items used while on the premises.

For event rentals:

All booking requests must be submitted through the building managements office. Please submit a Patio Booking request to book your private event.

The patio can be reserved for company events by current tenants of the Building. This use of the patio is exclusive to tenants, and may not be assigned to or transferred to any other parties.

All requests must be submitted at least one week prior to the scheduled event. All private events will be booked on a first come, first serve basis.

There are no fees charged to tenants for renting the patio space as it is available to all tenants of 900 West Hastings.

The patio will only be available for private events on weekends and after 4:00 on weekdays.

No furniture may be brought onto the patio without prior approval from the building management’s office.

Only propane barbecues may be used on the 2nd floor patio. The barbecue must be kept away from the door to prevent smoke from entering the building.

When booking the patio, one person from your suite must be responsible for the event. They will be our point of contact and are expected to be onsite for the entire length of the event.

The patio may not be used for any non-business related events. No private parties are permitted.

Maximum occupancy is 40 persons.

Noise bylaw of the City of Vancouver shall be followed.
