Users

The bike room, showers and lockers are available for use by employees of the businesses located in the building. All users must be registered with the building management office and agree to abide by the rules and regulations.

Location

The bike room, showers and lockers are located on the Mezzanine level (M). The showers are located within individual, private shower rooms that can be locked.

Rules and Regulations

Bicycles are not permitted in the main lobby.

Do not bring your bicycle in through the main entrance. Access to the bike room is found by entering through the back of the building and using the service elevator to reach the Mezzanine level.

Bicycles are not permitted in the main passenger elevators or any office areas.

The door to the bike room must remain closed and locked at all times. Each user is responsible for ensuring that the door is closed and locked behind them.

All bicycles must be secured to the bike rack with a good quality bike lock.

Bike storage is provided on a first come, first served basis.

Overnight storage of bicycles is not permitted. All bikes must be removed from the bike room by the end of business day.

Showers

When using a shower room, please take short showers so that the room is available for the next person waiting.

The showers must be left in a clean and orderly state after each use. Do not leave towels or toiletries in the showers. Any items left in the showers will be removed and discarded without notice.

Lockers

Lockers are available for use Monday to Friday. All items must be removed over the weekend. Any lockers with items left over the weekend may have their locks cut and items removed.

Clothing and equipment stored in lockers must be odor-free or stored in sealed bag. Any items stored in lockers producing foul odors in the mezzanine hallway may be removed without notice.

Exclusion of Liability

Use of the facilities (bike room, showers, and lockers) are at the user’s sole risk. The owner and/or manager of 675 West Hastings will not be held responsible in any way for personal or bodily injury or any damage to or theft of bicycles or personal items stored on the premises.
